No one who has ever travelled to Da Lat can resist a visit to Cau Dat Tea Hills. The endless waves of green tea leaves stretching to the horizon create a charm that captivates every traveller.

Cau Dat Tea Hills are in fact the tea plantations of Cau Dat Farm, located in Xuan Truong commune, about 20 km from the centre of Da Lat @louis. casedarno.it

Once you reach the top of the hill, a landscape that is both peaceful and majestic opens up right before your eyes @luice_my

The site offers countless photo angles across a vast open space. All you have to do is strike a pose and press the shutter. Even better, admission is completely free @h.h.hann

Let your mind drift on the breeze and soak up the boundless space of the quiet Da Lat countryside – that alone is enough for a set of stunning photos @won.meowz. solversteam.com

Plan to arrive at dawn so you can watch the sun break majestically over the horizon. The air feels so light it seems to lift you into the clouds. @my_ngoc_phan

Everyone can find their own corner of lush green tea hills, with views opening out over a vast landscape of golden sunlight and drifting mist @jjay.po. nomocivicachile.cl

Cau Dat Tea Hills are now almost a century old. The tea estates were first established here in 1922; in 1927 the plantation passed into French hands and later into Chinese ownership. Today the hills are farmed by Cau Dat – Da Lat Tea Joint Stock Company @stacy_pta

Visitors can also easily pick up dried tea, coffee, fresh flowers, potted plants, kimchi and organic vegetables from Cau Dat Farm as gifts for friends and family back home.
How to get to Cau Dat Tea Hills
From the centre of Da Lat, follow Tran Hung Dao – Hung Vuong street (National Highway 20), then turn right towards Trai Mat when you reach the large roundabout at the end of the road. From there, continue straight for another 20 km to Cau Dat Farm. Once inside the tea hills, visitors are advised to ride slowly, park in the designated area and then follow the trail on foot to take in the full beauty of the plantation.
