CAN THO TOUR (1 DAY): CAI RANG FLOATING MARKET – EXPLORING CON SON ISLAND

This 1-day journey takes you to experience the most distinctive features of the Western region of Vietnam. Starting from sunrise at Cai Rang Floating Market – a unique riverine culture – to learning about the traditional noodle-making village. Especially, the journey takes you to the lush green Con Son Island, where you can experience “Koi fish massage,” admire the unique “flying snakehead fish” performance, and enjoy fresh fruit right from the orchard. A day to fully immerse yourself in the nature and the warm-hearted people of the Western region.

MORNING: FLOATING MARKET SUNRISE – TRADITIONAL CRAFT VILLAGE (Meals included)

05:00: Gather at Ninh Kieu wharf, board a boat to explore Cai Rang Floating Market – the largest wholesale market in the Mekong Delta. Enjoy local specialties on the boat and visit a traditional rice noodle production facility.

LUNCH: EXPERIENCE CON SON ISLAND TOURIST AREA – FLYING SNAKEHEAD FISH (Lunch)

09:00: Arrive at Con Son Island, visit the Hau River fish farm, experience Koi fish massage, watch the amazing “Flying Snakehead Fish” performance and pick ripe fruit from the orchard (seasonal).

Lunch: Guests will enjoy a lunch with a menu featuring authentic riverine cuisine: Fish sauce hotpot, steamed chicken with onions, braised fish in clay pot… at a local’s house. Relax in the cool garden space.

AFTERNOON: END OF TRIP (Meal _)

2:00 PM: The boat will take you back to the mainland. The vehicle and tour guide will drop the group off at the initial meeting point at Ninh Kieu Wharf. The exciting tour exploring Tay Do (Can Tho) concludes.
