Itinerary: 2 Days 1 Night

Day 1: Arrival and Exploration

• 12:00: Reception at International Tuan Chau Harbor.
• 12:30: Captain welcomes guests to Syrena Cruises via tender; check-in procedures.
• 13:00: Enjoy a buffet lunch while cruising past sights including Ba Hang fishing village, Dinh Huong Island, Cho Da Islet, and Ga Choi Islet.
• 14:15: Transfer by tender to Luon Cave. Explore via kayaking or traditional bamboo boat rowed by a local boatman.
• 15:15: Transfer to Titov Island. Enjoy swimming or climb the steps to the island’s peak for panoramic views.
• 16:20: Return to the cruise. Relax and enjoy the sunset on the sundeck. Proceed to the overnight anchorage at Titop 587.
• 17:00 – 19:00: Happy Hour (Buy 1 get 1 free, excluding wine) and a Vietnamese cooking demonstration.
• 19:00: Buffet dinner.
• 20:15 – 22:00: Evening activities including film entertainment in the dining room and squid fishing.

Day 2: Morning Relaxation and Departure

• 06:00: Tai Chi session on the sundeck.
• 06:30: Breakfast.
• 07:05: Visit Sung Sot Cave.
• 09:00: Return to the cruise and check out of your cabin. Please place luggage outside the cabin door for porter collection. The cruise disembarks at International Tuan Chau Harbor.
• 09:30: Brunch buffet served in the dining room. Settle any additional bills.
• 10:30: Transfer by tender back to Tuan Chau Harbor for farewell.

Eligibility and Requirements

• Travel agents must provide a full list of all guests no later than 3 days before the check-in date.
• For last-minute bookings (within 7 days of arrival), the guest list must be submitted as soon as possible, but no later than 24 hours before check-in.
• Guests and travel agents must comply with all rules and regulations of Syrena Cruises.
• In cases where guests do not comply with safety or operational rules, the cruise reserves the right to refuse service without refund.

Meeting and Pickup Information

• Meeting Point: International Tuan Chau Harbor.
• Arrival Time: Please arrive by 12:00 for reception.
• Shuttle Bus: Available from Hanoi (Syrena Tower, 51 Xuan Dieu St., or Hanoi Old Quarter) for an additional fee. Expected departure: 08:00–08:15 AM (Please arrive 10 minutes prior).

Booking and Cancellation Policy

• Deposit Policy: For high/peak season bookings, a 20% deposit of the total expected revenue is required within 3 days of confirmation. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations or postponements. Reservations will be automatically released if payment is not made on the due date.
• Cancellation Fees: Cancellations are subject to the following timeline:
  • More than 45 days prior to arrival: Free of charge.
  • 30–45 days prior to arrival: 30% of total charges (for 10 cabins).
  • 21–30 days prior to arrival: 50% of total charges (for < 5 cabins), 100% (for 5+ cabins).

Important Notes

• Force Majeure: In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, war, strike, government regulations, port restrictions, ship damage), the company does not incur costs for cancellations and will assist in resolution to the best of its ability.
• Price Adjustments: The cruise operator reserves the right to adjust rates if there are changes in government-regulated taxes (VAT) or increases in fuel/sightseeing ticket costs.
• Payments: All payments must be made in full. Bank fees and transfer charges are the responsibility of the traveler/agent.
