ONE-DAY TOUR: CU CHI TUNNELS – MY THO – BEN TRE

A perfect “two-in-one” journey takes you from the historical pride of the “steel land” of Cu Chi to the peaceful beauty of the waterways of My Tho and Ben Tre. You will experience the legendary tunnel system, enjoy boiled cassava, then travel down the Tien River to visit lush green islets, listen to traditional folk music, and paddle a boat through the coconut palm canals. A trip that encapsulates the cultural and historical essence of the Southern region.

MORNING: EXPLORE CU CHI, THE “UNDERGROUND CITY” (Meals included)

7:30 AM: Pick up guests and depart for Cu Chi. Guests will explore the intricate tunnel system, watch documentary films, visit the Hoang Cam kitchen, the weapons depot, and experience crawling through the underground tunnels firsthand.

After the tour, guests will enjoy boiled cassava with sesame salt dip, a wartime specialty, before having a Set Menu lunch at a local restaurant and departing for My Tho.

AFTERNOON: TIEN RIVER CRUISE – MY THO – BEN TRE (Lunch)

Afternoon: Arrive in My Tho, a motorboat will take the group to visit the four islets of Long, Lan, Quy, and Phung. Visit a honey bee farm, enjoy honey tea, and experience rowing through the lush green coconut canals.

The group visits a coconut candy factory in Ben Tre, enjoys tropical fruits and listens to Southern Vietnamese folk music. A motorboat takes the group back to the port, and a vehicle will drop off guests for their return to Ho Chi Minh City at 7:30 PM.
