HO CHI MINH CITY TOUR (1 DAY): EXPLORE THE “PEARL OF THE FAR EAST” & WATER BUS

A full-day journey takes you through the historical ups and downs and the bustling modern life of Saigon. From ancient French architectural structures and heroic war relics to the distinctive culture of the Cholon area. Especially, you will experience a completely new perspective of the city on a water bus trip, passing by modern landmarks such as Landmark 81 and Vinhomes Central Park. A trip that brings together the cultural nuances, history, and brilliant development of the city named after President Ho Chi Minh.

DETAILED ITINERARY (Daily Departure)

Morning (08:00): Visit the Independence Palace (Reunification Palace) – a building with a strong historical imprint. Continue to admire the old French architecture at Notre Dame Cathedral (exterior visit) and the Central Post Office. Afterwards, the group will visit the War Remnants Museum – where historical artifacts from the two Indochina Wars are preserved.

Lunch/Dinner: Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant with Vietnamese cuisine. In the afternoon, explore the western part of the city with Cholon Market and Thien Hau Temple – the most unique and sacred temple of the Chinese community in Chinatown.

End of the day: Travel to Bach Dang Port and experience the Water Bus. You will be able to admire modern landmarks: Vinhomes Central Park, Landmark 81, Bitexco Tower, and the peacefulness of District 2 from the romantic Saigon River. 4:30 PM: The vehicle will take the group back to the hotel or the original meeting point.
